Photographer terms

By selling on Photos you agree to the following:

1. Approval. Your account must be approved by the Photos team before you can publish events or sell photos. We may ask for identity and portfolio information.
2. Rights. You must own the copyright of every photo you upload, and have the right to sell it. You are responsible for respecting the privacy and image rights of the people you photograph, including the rules of the event organiser.
3. Commission. Photos keeps a 10% platform commission on the price of each successfully sold photo. The remaining 90% is your share, before any applicable payment-processing fees, taxes, refunds or other agreed adjustments.
4. Settlement. Customer payments are collected by Photos through Byl.mn. Your share is credited to your balance when a sale is confirmed and becomes payable after a short holding period that covers refunds and disputes. Payable balances above the minimum payout amount are transferred to your registered bank account in regular payout runs.
5. Refunds. If a sale is refunded, the corresponding earnings are reversed. Reversals after a payout are deducted from future earnings.
6. Content. Prohibited content (nudity, violence, hateful or illegal material, photos of minors in sensitive situations) will be removed and may lead to account suspension.
7. Facial recognition. Selfie search is enabled per event and may be switched off at any time; face templates of the event are then deleted.
8. Termination. You may close your account at any time; payable earnings are still paid out. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
