Terms of sale

Photos is a marketplace where independent event photographers sell digital copies of the photos they took. These terms apply when you buy photos on Photos. You do not need an account to buy.

What you buy

Each purchase gives you a personal-use licence for the digital file of the photo: you may download, print and share it privately and on your personal social media.
Commercial use (advertising, resale, editorial publication) requires the photographer's written permission.
Copyright remains with the photographer.

Previews and delivery

Before purchase you see a watermarked, reduced-size preview.
After your payment is confirmed you receive an e-mail with a secure download link. Files are delivered without watermark, in the resolution announced on the event page (original file or the stated maximum size).
Download links are personal, time-limited and must not be shared publicly. You can request a new link at any time with your order number and e-mail address.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Mongolian tögrög (₮) and include all fees charged by Photos.
Payments are processed by our payment partner Byl.mn (QPay, bank apps, cards and bank transfer). An order is only complete once the payment has been confirmed to us by Byl.mn.
Bank-transfer payments are delivered after the transfer has been verified, which can take up to three days.

Refunds

Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final.
We refund you if a file is defective or cannot be delivered, if you were charged twice, or if a photo had to be removed (for example after a valid copyright or privacy complaint). Contact support with your order number.
Refunds are paid back through the original payment channel or by bank transfer.
