This policy explains what personal data Photos processes and why.

Buyers

Order data: e-mail address (required for delivery), optional name and phone number, purchased photos, payment status. We keep order data for as long as accounting law requires.
Payments are processed by Byl.mn. We never receive or store card or bank credentials.
You can ask us to anonymise your customer data where no legal retention duty applies.

Selfie search is optional and only runs after you give explicit consent.
Your selfie is processed in memory only to compute a mathematical face template, compared against the photos of published events, and then discarded. We do not store your selfie or its face template.
Search results (a list of matching photo identifiers) are kept for up to one hour so you can browse them, then deleted automatically.
To make photos searchable, face templates are computed for faces visible in event photos. They are used only for this search, are deleted together with the photo, and are not created at all for events whose photographer disabled selfie search.
If you do not want your face to be searchable in an event, contact support and we will remove the relevant data.

Account, profile, portfolio and verification documents are used to review applications and operate the marketplace. Bank details are encrypted and used only to pay out earnings.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Original photos and documents are kept in private storage; access to administrative functions is restricted and logged.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data by contacting support.
